Target is a popular department store that offers affordable products for everyday life and provides an enjoyable shopping experience when searching for those products. With top brands like Merona, Sonia Kashuk, Room Essentials, and more, Target has a wide assortment of kitchen items, clothes, electronics, shoes, beauty products, furniture, and home decor online and in-store. Whether you're shopping for your college dorm room or buying new sports gear, you can find a variety of brands that won't break the bank. Some of Target's best deals are located in the Clearance & Deals section, where you can get up to 70% off original prices on select items every day. To save more at checkout, search and use our Target coupon codes and discounts from this page! Customers can always "Expect More and Pay Less" at Target, so be sure to shop there for yourself and your family.
Here are some commonly asked questions about Target:
Redeeming your Target promo code is quick and easy. Go to your shopping cart to redeem the promo code at checkout. On the "How Do You Want to Pay?" page, look under the product summary section on the right side and find "Use a Promo Code." Click on the link, and paste your promo code into the box. Once you hit "Apply," your discounts will take effect! (Savings Tip: If you want to use multiple promo codes, you'll have to enter them one at a time and click "Apply" after entering each code.) When you're using promo codes, it's always good to check out Target's coupon policy before entering them in just to make sure every code is valid, especially when getting the best savings possible.
Unfortunately, Target doesn't offer layaway on Target.com or at retail locations. Target also doesn't hold paid-onto-paid purchases in stores. This is Target's year-round policy, and it doesn't change even for Christmas or Black Friday purchases. However, you can order a product online and have it shipped to a local Target store for free. The store will hold that item for 4 or 5 days (if you choose to extend the time a little further).
Yes! If you'd rather pay for purchases with PayPal instead of a major credit or debit card, you're in luck. Target accepts PayPal for every purchase except Target subscriptions. PayPal can't be combined with any other method, so you can't do 75% PayPal and 25% on a card. You can also use the PayPal app to make in-store purchases; just let the cashier know you're paying with PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, Target also takes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,Target REDcard, and Target gift cards (Fun Fact: You can use up to 4 different gift cards per order, too!).
Unfortunately, Target doesn't sell Amazon gift cards. The retailer used to offer Amazon gift cards, but the chain stopped selling them in 2012, along with Amazon Kindles and other Amazon products. Shoppers can purchase gift cards from hundreds of other brands, though, so there's something perfect for everybody!

Levi answered on 6.1.17: From electronics and sporting goods to clothing and kitchen accessories, you can check off a lot of boxes on your shopping list at Target. While you’re probably aware of the variety of products available, you might not know that Target encourages shoppers to get the best deals through online promo codes and printable coupons. We’ve seen plenty of ways to get 10 off your purchase when shopping online or at the Target nearest you, and we’ve rounded up five ways to get a great deal — whether it’s 10% off your total or a special rebate of $10 off a particular purchase: Online Codes | Printable Coupons | App Savings | Weekly Ad | Email Promos. read more »
Hayley answered on 3.31.17: Confession time: I love Target. It’s where I go before — and after — every holiday for great decor, gift wrap, and everything else I need to host a great get-together. The best time to stock up on Target’s seasonal decor is right after major holidays like Christmas, Easter, and the Fourth of July. read more »
Jon answered on 2.15.17: While I don’t spend hours in Target browsing the new homewares or clothing collections as some of my coworkers readily admit to, I do frequent the store for its great deals. Not only does it provide everyday discounts, the Target coupon policy is extremely generous. You can stack manufacturer coupons with Target’s own offers — from Cartwheel to digital deals — as long as all of the promotions are current. read more »
Lauren answered on 1.9.17: I’m a Target-holic — I get my groceries, my gifts, and my clothes all at my neighborhood store. Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about the savings offered at Target, which has forced my husband into a love-hate relationship with the store. While he loves the great prices I get, he hates how much time I can spend browsing all the different departments. read more »
Lauren answered on 11.18.16: We all know Cyber Monday is a great way to rack up top deals without having to wait in line at the store during Black Friday. Target makes it easy to plan your shopping around these promotional events with ads that show you what to expect during the sales. Apart from big markdowns on electronics, home goods, and clothing, Target also runs specials during the holiday shopping season to help you save more with gift card cashback offers and promo codes that discount your entire purchase. read more »
Lauren answered on 9.5.16: My husband used to shudder at the idea of shopping at Target because he knows I always end up buying more than I planned to. What he didn’t realize is that I always plan my Target hauls around the current promotions and deals, so I end up saving big on whatever I purchase. One day, he caught a glimpse of one of my receipts and said, “You got all that and only spent this much?” Needless to say, my husband is now a convert, and he knows exactly how far a Target 20% off coupon can go. read more »
Anne answered on 3.22.16: Luckily, Target’s return policy lets you return used and unopened makeup within 90 days of purchase for a full refund at any Target retail location or by mail. If you used your Target REDcard at checkout, you even have up to 120 days to return a product. What’s even more awesome is that Target-owned brands, such as Sonia Kashuk and up & up™, are eligible for return up to 1 year from purchase, which is great for customers. read more »
