Here are some commonly asked questions about Sears:
Using Sears coupon codes is simple! First, go to your cart when you're done shopping. Next, scroll under your purchase summary and find the "Coupon Code" box. Copy and paste one of our Sears coupon codes into the box and then click "Add." Your discounts should immediately subtract from your order! Some coupon codes are even automatically applied when you complete your order, which makes saving money even easier on you. If you want to use another coupon code instead, then remove the old one(s) and enter the new code. Keep in mind that coupon codes are only eligible for items that are either “Sold by Sears” or “Sold by Kmart."
Yes, you can use a Sears gift card at Kmart and shop from millions of items at Kmart.com, which is an awesome deal for all shoppers. Sears gift cards never expire or come with any fees. However, you can’t receive a refund or exchange on gift cards, so make sure you love what you buy. When you shop at Sears.com or Kmart.com, use our coupons to save on every purchase (and keep more money on your gift card)!
Shop Your Way is Sears' and Kmart’s loyalty program that allows shoppers to earn points and receive rewards. You can earn Sears Points through a couple of ways. When you shop at retail locations or at Sears.com and Kmart.com, enter your Member number, email address, or phone number at checkout so you can receive points for each purchase. Most items count toward earning points, but sometimes there are exceptions. When you earn enough Sears Points and want to redeem your rewards, you can access your Sears Points at checkout either online or in-store. You can earn 10 Points for every $1 spent on each purchase. (Pro Savings Tip: Points expire 1 year after they are earned, so use them up!) Sometimes you’ll be able to earn bonus points on certain purchases, so be on the lookout for those extra deals.
Unfortunately, Sears doesn’t price match Amazon products. According to the retailer’s policy, Sears doesn’t price match products sold by Internet-only retailers or Marketplace and third-party sellers on competitor’s websites. However, if you find a lower price on an identical brand and model number at a local competitor’s retail store or website (such as Macy’s, JCPenney, and Dillard’s), then Sears will honor the lower price. Keep in mind that price match is only eligible on the day you make your purchase, not afterward. When you find a lower deal, fill out a Price Match form, and then Sears will give you the lower price on the item!

Adam answered on 6.13.17: Recently, I decided it was high time to ditch the pots and pans my parents bought me when I left for college and invest in a new, more grown-up set. So I headed to the mall and found the set I wanted in the kitchen department at Sears. I had planned other stops in the mall and didn’t really want to lug 20 pounds of aluminum around with me, so I checked online from my phone for any free shipping deals to have my pots and pans delivered to my doorstep. read more »
Amber answered on 4.24.17: The name, “Sears,” has been synonymous with shopping since 1888 when Richard Sears and Curtis Roebuck first distributed their mail-order catalogs to help rural residents save money on products they couldn’t always find nearby. Sears now focuses on selling online and in-store, and the brand has continued its legacy of savings through a marketplace that features its own products, as well as featured items from third-party retailers. Sears organizes its discounts — including its Deals of the Day — in one convenient area of its website. read more »
Hayley answered on 3.11.16: I always look for ways to save extra money, and often that means signing up for rewards programs at my favorite stores. The perks are always worth it, but having a different account and perks program at every store is a lot to keep track of. Recently, many stores have begun to consolidate their rewards programs. read more »
