Buy.com (now known as Rakuten.com) is a growing e-commerce marketplace that sells computers and office products, electronics, fashion and beauty items, video games, books and movies, home and household decor, toys, and health and fitness equipment. As the largest seller on eBay, Buy.com offers 5 million products every day, making the e-tailer the second biggest e-commerce site on the web (only behind Amazon.com). Buy.com was bought in 2010 for $250 million by Rakuten, Inc., Japan's largest e-commerce retailer. Buy.com was rebranded into Rakuten.com, but the premise remains the same: getting tons of merchandise you want at prices that are much lower than pretty much anywhere else. Some of the best deals we’ve seen are located in the Deals & More section, where you can search through Today’s Deals, Free Shipping Deals, and more. Grab the latest Rakuten deals from DealCrunch so you can get even better savings at checkout.

Redeeming a Buy.com promo code at checkout is super easy (and saves you tons of money)! First, log into your account or use a guest account. Next, enter shipping and billing information, choose your payment method, and, finally, confirm your order. Before you place your order, you’ll find a small box on the right side of the page with your order summary. Look for a promo code text field below the summary. Type or paste your code into the textbox, and click "Add" to apply your discount. After the page refreshes, your savings will instantly appear! Before you shop at Rakuten.com, don’t forget to grab a promo code from DealCrunch so you can save even more.
When Rakuten, Japan's largest e-commerce retailer, bought Buy.com in 2010, the site was rebranded into Rakuten.com. The merged website and company combined more than 90 million products from more than 38,000 merchants. Although the name has changed, Rakuten.com still provides an incredible online shopping experience for the more than 18 million customers worldwide.
Rakuten Super Points are points earned from purchases made through Rakuten.com. For every $1 you spend on any order, you'll get 1 Rakuten Super Point. Every 100 Rakuten Super Points equals $1, so once you rack up your rewards, you can use Super Points to pay for all (or part) of a product online (or up to 25,000 Super Points, which is worth $250). You can also earn Super Points by writing product or seller reviews, taking advantage of special promotions, and using a Rakuten Rewards MasterCard.
Buy.com accepts unaltered, unused merchandise within 45 days of purchase for a full refund by mail. To return any items, you must receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and include all accessories, materials, and the original manufacturer’s box in the return package. Allow the return process to take a few weeks to process, and your refund will appear around this time frame. At this time, Buy.com unfortunately doesn’t process exchanges. Some exclusions apply, such as perishables, undergarments, groceries, gift cards, opened software, and downloadable items are non-returnable.
