Applying a coupon at Topps is a simple process. First, you’ll take your goods and coupon with you to the Shopping Cart page. Directly under the product description, you will find an empty field labeled “Have A Coupon?” If you’re reading this, chances are you do, so go ahead and type it into the blank space. You can press the “Apply” button to quickly add it to your current order. The entire page will refresh, and your savings should show up in a new grand total.
Topps won’t hesitate to replace damaged or defective cards for dissatisfied customers. Once notified about the situation, Topps will send a new card of similar value. This offer is good for any current-year product only. Due to limited availability, Topps cannot guarantee that they will send the exact same card. Customers must fill out and include a Missing Hit/Damage Claim Form, a letter of explanation, a copy of the receipt, pack wrappers, and proof of purchase. Send these froms, as well as the damaged merchandise, back to Topps for verification and replacement. For eligible cards, replacements will be sent out within 2-4 weeks of receipt. Ineligible cards will be sent back.
To customize a card at Topps online, go to the “Custom Cards” tab to look through available options and prices. Click on the design you want, and you'll be be taken to a detailed product page where you’ll see a green “Create Your Card” button. Click on this button, and then you’ll be able to easily design the front and back of your card. Upload a photo, choose a team, write in a name, fill in a position, and include other stats. You’ll be able to preview the final product before you purchase it.
No, all sales on memorabilia at Topps are considered final. These memorabilia items vary in age and physical condition. The policy states that these items sell “as is” with no option for returns or exchanges. Topps insurance, however, is included in every shipment, and you can call customer service with any further inquiries. Topps will allow returns and exchanges on apparel within 60 days of purchase. These items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered by the customer.
