For valuable savings on The-House.com’s merchandise, use a coupon upon checkout. Simply grab your gear and go to your Cart. If you are done with your shopping and content with your purchase, click on “Checkout.” This will take you to the Billing and Shipping page. After filling out these sections, scroll down to the fourth section on the page. This field — “4. Coupons” — invites you to type in your coupon code in the blank box. If you have a Gift Certificate, you can enter that in the field below, not in the Coupon space. When you are finished and all information is correct and accurate, click on “Checkout>” to continue with your purchase, now with more money in your pocket!
The House lets you return any unused items as long as the tags are still attached. During most of the year, you have 30 days after purchase to make a return for credit or exchange. Holiday returns on purchases made between 10/16 and 12/31 may be returned up until 1/31. Again, merchandise has to be in its original condition to qualify as an acceptable return. Fill out an Exchange/Return Form and include it with the returned product’s package. Identify whether you are seeking a refund or an exchange, as well as the reason for your request. The House does not accept C.O.D. deliveries. You can use UPS, Fed Ex, or Insured Parcel Post for reliable and trackable shipping. Expect processing to take 2-3 weeks from receipt.
Yes, The House guarantees price matching on all products. If you discover a lower advertised price (including tax and shipping) on a legitimate and authorized internet retailer, The House will match the lower price. The product must be identical in size, model, year, and color to be eligible. It also has to be in-stock and currently available for purchase. Price matching is subject to The House’s discretion. Price matching does not apply to internet auction sites like eBay.
The House covers its products with the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Call the customer service department to make a claim, describing the problem to find out if it is covered. The House provides a pre-printed return label to use when shipping the item back. It could take a while for your replacement or store credit to get to you. Warranty processing and review may take up to 30 days. Damage due to the product’s usage or abuse will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
