Here are some commonly asked questions about Staples:
At Staples, you can use two types of coupons, called Product and Transaction coupons, at checkout on Staples.com. Go to your shopping cart and look for the “Coupons and Rewards” section below your order. Next, click on “Add/Edit Coupons and Rewards.” There is a designated space where you’ll enter your 5-16 digit coupon code below. Once you type or paste the special code, you’ll have to fill out the character verification form (which is just a security step to make sure you’re not a robot). Once you’ve filled that out, your discounts will apply! (Note: You can combine product coupons but can only use one transaction coupon per purchase.) Staples offers sales and other savings periodically, so be on the lookout for bonus discounts throughout the year.
Yes, Staples has a price match guarantee. If you find a lower price on an identical product at a competitor’s store, Staples will match that price. The retailer also gives you a two-week window for price matching on past purchases if you find a lower price elsewhere after you buy. However, Staples won’t price match products sold during special events, such as grand openings, clearances, or Black Friday, but the policy applies to all other purchases. The retailer also won’t price match certain items or products that have a lower price once all available Staples coupons have been applied.
When you buy an eligible product for the Easy Rebate program at Staples.com, you’ll need to enter your 10-digit order number, zip code, and the product’s serial number (in some cases) at checkout. You can find these numbers in three different places: your email order confirmation, customer copy of your order, or the packing slip that came in the box with your shipment. Follow the steps to redeem your Easy Rebate and then say hello to awesome savings!
Yes! When you use Staples’ Copy & Print Services, you can print photos in five different sizes: 4×6, 4×8, 5×7, 8×10, and wallet-sized (which comes in sets of four, printed on 4×8 sheets). You can also enlarge photos and have them framed, mounted, or printed on canvas. Whether it’s for personal or business use, you can print high-quality photos at Staples for an affordable price.

PJ answered on 4.24.18: I’ve spent most of my career working in the tech industry, so I know from experience that it takes a lot to run an office. Whether you work from home or at a large office, the demand for supplies never seem to end. And what also never seems to ends are the high costs to pay for them. Fortunately, Staples sells all of the office supplies, furniture, and gadgets that you could need at reasonable prices. The store regularly offers coupons, such as $10 off original price, on a wide range of items for online and in-store shoppers. read more »
Anne answered on 5.25.17: Working in an online-based company, you’d be surprised how much printer ink this office goes through. Between tax documents and stacks of paperwork for onboarding new hires, let me tell you: the cost of printer ink and toner really adds up. Thanks to Staples’ price-match policy and frequent discounts, we never pay full price when it comes time to replace a cartridge. read more »
