Here are some commonly asked questions about Sonos:
Sonos lets you enter in your coupons upon checking out with your order. When you've got your electronics ready to go in your Shopping Cart, click on the red "Checkout" button. You'll be directed to fill in your billing address, then click on "Continue." You'll be taken to a page with your Order Summary and Payment Method, and at the very top will be a field for entering in a coupon. Where it says, "Enter Gift/Coupon Code," type your code into the empty text box. Hit "Apply" to automatically update your order to include valid and applicable discounts. Now you can enter in your payment information and click on the "Finish" button to make your purchase on Sonos.
That depends on if you are making use of a dedicated Sonos network or your own WiFi network. When Sonos is being operated through WiFi, it can only go as far as the WiFi network does. As long as your WiFi reaches all the rooms where you want to use a Sonos product, you should not have an issue with the range. If you cannot rely on your WiFi to provide you with adequate range, you can connect a Sonos unit to your router through an Ethernet cable. This will create a dedicated Sonos wireless network for your home. Each product will expand the range of this network and give you tunes wherever you wish.
Yes! Sonos was actually designed to play different music in different rooms. Or you can choose to play the same music in sync in any or all rooms. You can group any combination of rooms together as long as you have a Sonos speaker present. You can also control for volume individually or as a group. Your specific music preferences are accounted for by Sonos, so you are free to play classical ballads in one room while jamming out to punk rock in the next room.
Sonos allows customers to make a return for any reason within 45 days of the original shipment of the item. A warranty of 1 year covers items in the case of manufacturing defect. These policies only apply to Sonos products purchased directly from Sonos. Contact Sonos Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number that is valid for 14 days only. Sonos must receive your return within that 14-day period or it will be sent back to you without refund. Ensure that all products are returned in the original packaging with all contents. You will be emailed a prepaid shipping label to use for your return. Once the return is received and verified, your refund should be credited to you within 10-15 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
