Skis.com backs its products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If unhappy with their gear or equipment, customers can return or exchange any new and unused item for up to 1 year. All returns must still be in the original manufacturer packaging with the tags intact. Used merchandise can be returned within 90 days for store credit as long as there is not excessive damage or wear on the item. Defective items must be returned following the warranty policy issued by the manufacturer. Skis.com does not handle warranty claims. For valid returns or exchanges, Skis.com tries to make the process hassle-free with a return form included in each shipment. Simply fill out this form and return your package using the self-addressed label. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs, which will be deducted from refunds and credit. Skis.com will price match its sporting equipment if you find a lower price on an identical in-stock item elsewhere. This policy is valid up to 30 days after your purchase at Skis.com. Just email customer service with the website link to the lower price along with your order number. Once this is verified, Skis.com will credit you for the difference in price. Some exceptions apply. Skis.com will not match discounted prices, bankruptcy sales, or any items on auction websites. The price must also be substantially lower in order to qualify for a price matching by Skis.com.
Skis.com has Economy, Standard, 2-Business Day, and 1-Business Day shipping available. Those in the military or living outside the contiguous United States will not be eligible for expedited shipping and will need to pay extra for delivery. Skis.com will deliver to P.O. Boxes.
