Here are some commonly asked questions about Origins:
When you’re reviewing your shopping bag at Origins.com, on the right side of the page you should see 3 distinct sections: “Shopping Bag Summary,” which lists the costs of your items and shipping, is at the top; “Checkout Help,” located at the bottom, links to various topics such as shipping and handling questions and the Origins maximum purchase policy; and lastly, in the middle is “Offer Code,” which is where you’ll enter your coupon. Once you’ve typed or pasted your code into the textbox, click “Apply Code.” You won’t see your discounts until you review your order, which is right before you submit it.
Origins’ products are totally organic and vegan. Some of the ingredients Origins includes in products are ginger, coffee, grapefruit, cucumber, camphor, chamomile, and anogeissus. While some sites claim that a few products include beeswax as an ingredient, we couldn’t verify those claims in regards to Origins’ current inventory. Origins is against all animal testing and opts to evaluate products in clinical settings with volunteers. The company was founded by Estée Lauder, which doesn’t test any products on animals either.
If you’re unsatisfied with a product, you can return the unused portion for a refund or exchange. To do so, call the Origins customer service team to have a prepaid return label emailed to you. Simply print the label and fill out the Return Merchandise form on the back of the invoice that was included with your order. After the items you’re returning are packed up, mail the package back to Origins through UPS.
Origins offers a Gone But Not Forgotten program that allows customers to purchase items that are discontinued. If you’re trying to locate a specific Origins product, feel free to contact the Origins Corporate Headquarters by phone and speak with a Gone But Not Forgotten Representative. Shoppers have the opportunity to search for products in Origins’ basic product line (however, not seasonal, limited edition, or promotional products). You can purchase up to 6 units of a single product, which is great news for customers who love those hard-to-find items!
