Here are some commonly asked questions about National Pen:
On National Pen’s website, you can apply a promo code before you even add merchandise to your shopping cart. At the top of every page, you can access the promo code field by clicking on “Enter your promo code.” Doing so will activate the offer so that it’s waiting for you before you even check out. You can also wait and type your code into the applicable blank space provided on the "Shopping Cart" page. Either way, you’ll be getting great savings as soon as you click “Submit.” Only 1 promo or coupon code can be used per order, so use it with care.
National Pen promises a money-back guarantee that’s good for 1 full year. If your order isn’t made exactly to your specifications, you can return the unused product and get a replacement or refund. Contact customer service to claim this guarantee if you want to make a return.
All logos, trademarks, and text must be a minimum of 300 DPI and meet the format requirements of National Pen. Preferred formats include Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and EPS. File size should not go over 2 MB. Art can be delivered via email or a PC-compatible CD but will not be accepted via fax, copies, or images pulled from the Internet. Color artwork cannot be used for laser, silkscreen, paper, translucent foil, holographic foil, or wrapped products. Overall, National Pen doesn’t recommend using color artwork because this may prompt additional charges for the set-up.
Machine set-up is among the various costs associated with the production of orders at National Pen. To begin an order, the production team must stop the machine and get it ready to make products that fit the customer’s specifications. This set-up period takes time, energy, and diligence to get the order exactly right. The set-up fee will be the same no matter the quantity of the order, whether it’s for 1 or 1 million promotional items.
