Only custom-printed M&Ms candies that arrive to you in damaged condition may be returned to My M&Ms for a full refund. Because of the customized nature of these perishable, candied products, My M&Ms cannot offer any returns or exchanges except for defective or wrong items. Each My M&Ms shipment comes with brief instructions for how to return merchandise. You'll need to enclose your packing slip in the return package and mail it back to My M&Ms Customer Service in New Jersey. Shipping will be prepaid using the return label included with your original order. You'll need to provide the reason for the return as well as the action you want taken by My M&Ms. You can always call a customer service representative at 1-888-696-6788 to answer any of your questions or concerns about the return process.
