Here are some commonly asked questions about Mead:
You can enter in a promotion code on Step 3 of Mead's checkout process. On the Review & Order page, after you have already filled out shipping, billing, and payment information, you will find a field labelled "Add Promotion Code." Type in your Mead promotion code in the blank space and then click on "Apply." Valid codes will lead to an automatic discount in your Order Summary. You are limited to using 1 promotion code per order on Mead. Offers cannot be combined. When you are confident that you have the best possible deal on your Mead purchase, simply click "Place Order" to get your savings.
To make returns on your online Mead purchase, you must fill out the Return/Replacement form found in the shipment. Orders made via phone or mail can be returned the same way. After receiving your Return/Replacement form, a Mead customer service representative will contact you to help you through the return process. Exchanges depend upon the product's availability, but Mead will happily substitute an item of equal or greater value if the product you desire for exchange is not currently in stock. Merchandise purchased in-store should be returned to that store location.
Mead offers an optional Order Comments section for customer convenience. You can leave any special notes for the warehouse team there. For example, you can note a color preference if you have not already selected the color you want on the item page. Your Order Comments will not be seen by the delivery driver, so do not leave any shipping instructions. Mead will do its best to fulfill your requests if at all possible.
You can return defective products to the original place of purchase. If the store location does not accept your return, contact consumer affairs by phone and select option 2. If you made your purchase online, by phone, or through the mail, you can complete a Returns/Replacement form included in your shipment. Indicate the item number and the nature of the defect so that Mead can help to rectify the issue. Do not mail or dispose of the defective product until speaking to a customer service representative. A representative will contact you once your Returns/Replacement form has reached them and notified them of the situation. Mead will then arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund for your defective purchase.
