Here are some commonly asked questions about LightInTheBox:
Keep your coupon code ready for when you check out with your purchase on LightInTheBox's website. In the first step, where you place your order (before you pay), fill out all the information as needed, but take a moment to carefully look at the Payment Method section. Here, at the bottom of the page, you'll spy a link: "Apply Coupon Code." When you click on this, a pop-up box will appear to provide you with a space to enter in your code. Just type or copy/paste your coupon code in the text box and then click on the red "Apply" button to get your discount. It should instantly be represented in the price summary for your order. Now you can carry on to checkout.
As soon as you register with an account at LightInTheBox.com, you'll receive a free membership in its Rewards and Credit Program. You earn Rewards by making a qualifying purchase on LightInTheBox. Rewards and Credit will automatically be applied toward the next eligible purchase, so you don't have to worry about redeeming or keeping track of your points. Rewards cannot be withdrawn and will expire within a given period of time. Credit obtained from a return or refund is good forever.
Good news is, you don't have to send your return all the way back to China, because LightInTheBox houses return locations in the U.S. and Europe as well. You can return unused items within 30 days for quality-related issues. Made-to-order clothing can't be returned, but it is eligible for a 1-time-use resizing service. Defective products will be offered an exchange, repair, or replacement within a 30-day warranty period. Make sure to include all original tags and packaging along with your return item. To begin a return, submit a return request online in My Orders or contact Customer Service. Either way, you'll need to get a Product Return Form from LightInTheBox before you can proceed. Complete the form, package it up securely along with the return item, and then ship it off.
