New Jans merchandise can be returned for any reason at all within 30 days. Used, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned unless defective. All items must have all the original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Such valid returns will be honored with an exchange, store credit, or refund of equal value to the purchase price. No return authorization is necessary; simply ship your return package back to the Jans Kamas Warehouse using your preferred delivery service. This return policy applies only to domestic orders and APO/FPO customers. All international orders are considered final sales. Ski boots, swimwear, underwear, ABS packs, and avalanche beacons and transceivers cannot be returned to Jans. For defective merchandise, you'll need to contact Customer Service to make a warranty claim.
Yes, such reservations at Jans can be made online, by phone, or in-person at any store location. Customers will be required to pay in advance at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your scheduled start time to receive a full refund. For Avalanche Courses, reservations must be cancelled within 14 days of the first class for a refund.
Jans uses UPS to ship its orders domestically. Standard shipping can take anywhere from 1-6 days depending on the destination's proximity to Utah. Expedited options are available: UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3-Day Shipping will get your package to you most speedily.
