To make a return, you will have to contact either Jane or the seller within 14 days of receipt and arrange a refund. When you call and make a valid return request, you should get a return address where you will send the product. You'll ship the return package at your own expense using FedEx, UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service. Jane merchandise should be returned to the actual seller of that individual product, not to Jane.
