To apply a coupon code for your HomeClick merchandise, simply head over to Your Shopping Cart. Here, just to the left of the price total for the items in your cart, you'll see the question "Have a coupon code?" Type your coupon code in the given text box and press "Apply." This button will trigger the page to refresh and update your order summary to include your discount. Only 1 code may be used on a given purchase, so make sure it is the best deal we have to offer for HomeClick products!
If you need to return a product for any reason, contact a HomeClick's Customer Service Professional by phone or fill out an RA# Request Form online. To be eligible for a refund, you must make your request within 30 days of shipment. You will then be issued a Return Authorization Number that must be written on a separate piece of paper and attached to the outside of your return package. HomeClick requires all returns to have an RA number. Returns must be received by HomeClick within 30 days from when you received your RA number. Make sure all items are included in the original packaging. Custom or special orders cannot be returned to HomeClick. Opened or installed products can only be returned under the warranty policy. After receipt of your returned merchandise, HomeClick will credit you with a refund within 7-10 days. Unless the return reason is due to damage or defect, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.
HomeClick accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also pay with cash by getting a PaidByCash Virtual Card for any amount at any neighborhood location near you. In exchange for your cash, you will receive a virtual MasterCard code to be entered in the credit card fields upon online checkout. The MasterCard's funds will equal the sum total of cash you paid for it.
