Here are some commonly asked questions about FSA Store:
Once you’ve added all the medical products you need at FSA Store online, click on the cart icon in the upper right side of every page. This will direct you to the Shopping Cart page. Scroll past the list of products in your order, and just under the Checkout Help area, you’ll find the bolded question, “Have a Coupon?” Type your coupon code in where it says “Enter code,” and then click “Ok.” Once you press this button, the coupon will be applied to your current purchase if it is deemed valid and applicable. You should see instant valuable savings in the Estimated Total portion of the page.
FSA Eligible means that the product or service is covered by your Flexible Spending Account plan. All products sold at the FSA Store are FSA Eligible, but certain FSA accounts might not cover each and every item. Most people should be aware if their employer has limited certain purchases. Everything sold by FSA Store is eligible under the IIAS list, which is the standard for FSA Eligible products.
FSA Store promises that every product carried online is FSA Eligible. If your FSA provider denies a claim made on your purchase at FSA Store, you can request a refund. Contact FSA Store via email at email@example.com with your order number, item number and the name of your provider. FSA Store will give you substantiation for any product in question, and if your provider still denies your claim, you can get a refund for that particular product. Remember that anything marked with a blue Rx icon requires a prescription from your doctor in order to be eligible. It is the responsibility of the customer to know the limits of individual coverage plans.
A Flexible Spending Account lets consumers deduct pre-tax dollars from their paychecks and deposit those funds into an employer-sponsored account intended for paying eligible medical expenses. These medical expenses include over-the-counter, prescription, and vision health essentials. Consumers can then shop using a debit card for eligible expenses or give their expense receipts to healthcare administrators to be reimbursed.
