Once you have selected your purchases at Adorama, review your cart and then click "Proceed to Checkout." After filling in your Shipping information, you'll be prompted to give your Payment information. At the top, next to a gift box icon, you'll be asked "Do you have a gift card or promo code?" Click these words to get a drop-down box to put in a gift card and/or promotional code for Adorama. Just click on Apply to get your savings credited to your purchase. Then all you have to do to get an excellent deal is place your order.
All Adorama's products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Grey Market equipment is covered by Adorama for 1 year from date of purchase. Used photo equipment carries a 180-day warranty, excluding V, G, and F conditions, which have a 90-day warranty. X condition item sales are final, no warranty included. Used video, audio, and lighting equipment have a 90-day warranty. Warranty covers defects in manufacturing only, not simple wear and tear. All refurbished equipment sold by Adorama includes 90-day return-to-manufacturer coverage.
For the first 30 days after your purchase you can return merchandise for a full refund with Adorama's simple self-service return process. Returned and exchanged items must meet Adorama's guidelines of being in brand-new condition and include the original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories. Adorama includes a prepaid shipping label to streamline the return process. Download and fill out the self-service return form and then package up your purchase, including all packing inserts. If installed, opened, or used, purchases cannot be returned. Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes of cumulative talk time and show no signs of usage. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Should you find damage to the package from the delivery, keep the original shipping carton and get a damage claim from Adorama to get a replacement order. Do not return damaged products until you have notified Adorama of the damage. Missing item claims must be reported within 4 business days of delivery. Contact Adorama as soon as possible to report a missing item from your shipment. When you receive equipment shipped by truck, you should always check to make sure it is the correct model, in operable condition, and in no way damaged. Until you have inspected the item, do not sign the delivery manifest. Once you sign, you accept the product as is.
